RClub Roundtables


Roundtables are a great way to get to know your fellow members. They blend career value with human connection in a way daytime meetings often can't. They build stronger bonds among our membership, making professional support more natural later with stronger referrals, collaborations or support for one another.


The intimate evening roundtables are designed to bring professional women together in a relaxed social setting to share experiences, exchange insights and build supportive relationships, without the pressure of formal networking. The meetings feel like a reward, not another obligation and are especially valuable for women juggling work, family, and leadership roles.


How do they work?

They generally have a maximum of ~12 members, where each member must agree to select a month to be responsible for the meeting location (home or work or a restaurant) as well as the food and drinks.


We currently have five active groups where members have raved about the benefits of getting to know each other better in this fun after work environment..


They usually meet on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening from 6-8. There are three types: Social, Cooking, or Business/Social (the business part is usually about 20-30 minutes and the rest is social).
